- We have establishes partnerships with industries and employers to provide students with exposure to industry practices and career opportunities. The cell also works with faculties to design and deliver industry-relevant curriculum.
- The Placement Cell offers career counseling and guidance to students, helping them identify their career goals, interests, strengths, and weaknesses. The Cell also provides training and mentoring to students in areas such as resume writing, interview skills, and personality development.
- We organizes on-campus and off-campus placement drives to connect students with prospective employers. This includes scheduling interviews, arranging logistics, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Placement cell coordinates internships and industrial training for students, providing them with practical experience and exposure to industry practices. The Cell also assists students in finding suitable internships and training opportunities.
- We will maintains a network of alumni who can provide guidance and mentorship to current students. The Cell also assists alumni in finding suitable career opportunities.
- We will arranges industry visits and guest lectures to provide students with exposure to industry practices and emerging trends. This helps students gain a better understanding of industry requirements and expectations.
- The Placement Cell organizes skill development programs and workshops to enhance the employability of students. This includes training in areas such as communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and entrepreneurship.
Facilities for Recruiters
We provide various facilities to recruiting companies to conduct campus placement drives. These facilities are aimed at creating a conducive environment for recruiters to interact with students and evaluate them for potential employment.
Recruitment infrastructure: We provide infrastructure such as classrooms, seminar halls, and conference rooms for conducting the recruitment process. These spaces are equipped with projectors, screens, and sound systems to enable recruiters to deliver presentations and conduct interviews.
Pre-placement talk arrangements: We arrange pre-placement talks (PPT) where recruiters can interact with students and provide them with information about the company and the job profile. The PPT can be conducted either in-person or virtually.
Interview rooms and waiting areas: We provide interview rooms for conducting personal interviews with shortlisted candidates. They also provide waiting areas for candidates to relax and prepare for their interviews.
Student data: We provide student data such as resumes, academic transcripts, and other relevant details to recruiters. This data is provided through the online recruitment platform or in a physical format.
Logistics support: We provide logistics support to recruiters such as arranging transportation, accommodation, and catering services for the recruitment team.
Recruitment process coordination: We coordinate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, providing interview schedules to candidates, and ensuring the smooth conduct of the recruitment process.
